Students will gain an understanding of various academic perspectives on leadership, real-world examples of effective and ineffective leadership, and insights into their on own leadership capabilities.<\/p>\n<p>Around two major topics: First, the analysis of a methodology to select and implement business strategies considering the business environment across nations from an economic, political, social, and cultural perspective. The effect of the business environment on managerial decisions is also going to be studied. Second, identify the individual competencies required to be a successful leader of companies operating in the Latin American region.
